At The Eventalists, there is no event too small nor big. We provide services for private parties, baby showers, birthday parties (children and adults), or corporate events! Below, you'll find the packages we offer in each of these categories. Similarly to our wedding packages, they can be 'tweaked' to fit your needs (or lack there of).

 

Teen and Adult Birthday Parties up to 20 guests- $500.00 (25.00 each additional guest)

Children Birthday Parties up to 20 guests- 500.00 (15.00 each additional guest)

Corporate Events- $3,000.00
• Set initial planning meeting as soon as meeting/event date has been finalized.
• Initial Preparations
• Etiquette & protocol advice on such things as addressing invitations, seating arrangements, etc.
• Preparation & monitoring of a realistic budget to fit your needs
• Track expenses incurred
• Vendor Coordination
• Referral of vendors to include florist, music, venue, caterer, etc.
• Arrange food and beverage service
• Assist with entertainment or program
• Attendance at any meetings with vendors
• Contact and coordinate all final details with vendors
• Prepare timeline for vendors (to be sent 2 weeks prior to the meeting) and confirm said arrangements with them.
• Prepare seating chart display to be placed at the registration table, if needed.
• Arrange blocks of hotel rooms for your guests and meeting attendees
• Confirm food and beverage needs and schedule of service
• Verify that all handouts are prepared and ready for distribution
• Direct meeting/event
• Greet guests/attendees
• Ensure meeting starts on time
• Assist late-comers as needed
•Keep meeting on schedule, as needed
• Be sure all necessary meeting items are in meeting room
• Ensure cleanup is complete
• Coordinate the return of any rental equipment
• Arrange for transportation after the meeting, as needed

I Do, You Do, We Do...

We do weddings and we do them well. Experts of all things wedding, The Eventalists have created three wedding packages that anyone can choose from --the ceremony, partial planning, or the complete wedding experience. However, our party packages still aren't 'set in stone'; our clients can craft them to your liking (adding and removing services) as discussed with one of our specialists.

Ceremony Only- $1,750.00
• Assist you with hiring your ceremony vendors such as the officiant and musicians.
• Put all of your specifics into a ceremony schedule that will be provided to your venue and your wedding party.
• Coordinate the rehearsal and ensure that all of the participants know their duties.
• Arrive an hour before the ceremony to ensure that the ceremony set up is complete to your specifications.
• Assist with any personal flower distribution.
• Coordinate the ceremony ensuring that the wedding participants walk at the correct time and signaling the musicians for the chosen wedding selections.
• Greet the wedding party and family members after the ceremony has concluded and ensure that they are directed to the photography meeting location.
• Make sure that your guests are directed to the cocktail hour.
• Pack up any of your ceremony items and place them with your wedding gifts.

Partial Wedding Planning - $2,500.00
 • We act as your support system.
• Assist you with hiring your ceremony vendors such as the officiant and musicians.
• Service begins right away and we secure your date up to 18 months out.
• You’ll be given a detailed wedding Task List and Budget spreadsheet.
• We hold you accountable for tasks and help you set the overall budget.
• Using our spreadsheets, you can monitor your payments and progress.
• Your Lead Wedding Planner will hand-pick all vendor recommendations, based on your unique wedding style and budget, and help set meetings, review contracts and get them booked.
• We also happily answer any and all etiquette questions throughout it all.
• Wedding Day Coordination included.

Full Service Wedding - $5,000.00
• Assist with event design.
•Refer to appropriate vendors based on budget and style.
•Attend vendor appointments.
• Create planning documents (event overview & wedding timeline) and send to vendors
• Accept all deliveries and ensure all the vendors have arrived.
• Complete a walk-through of reception venue.
• Meet and greet photographer and/or videographer and instruct them accordingly as previously discussed.
• Proceed to ceremony venue to make sure guests are being ushered accordingly; programs are being distributed, etc.
• Wait for wedding party to arrive and coordinate procession in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Coordinate a brief meeting with band/entertainment regarding 1st dances, special introductory announcement, and any other special requests.
• Ensure proper placement of favors, guest book, toasting flutes, pictures, etc.
• Continue in directing wedding reception with 1st dance, wedding party dance, father/daughter & son/mother dances, bouquet throwing, cake cutting, and departure of couple.
• Ensure reception food is packaged and delivered to appropriate location suite along with any other specialty items couple may have.
• Our departure times can vary based on your level of service. We can depart at the entrée placement, cake cutting or stay through the entire event.
